Harleysville Party Rental has been helping the community celebrate for over 30 years, and now, we're honored to continue that tradition as the new family behind the name.

We’re a husband-and-wife team who purchased this long-standing local business in early 2025, inspired by its deep roots in customer care and community service. With a large, close-knit family of our own, we understand just how special life’s celebrations can be—and we’re proud to help make them happen for others.

While we’re the new owners, we’re not doing it alone. We have an amazing team working alongside us, hardworking, knowledgeable, and just as dedicated to great service as we are. Together, we bring a friendly, helpful, and hands-on approach to every event, big or small.

From backyard birthdays and weddings to school functions and corporate gatherings, we provide the rental items and support you need to bring your event to life. Our inventory includes tents, tables, chairs, linens, inflatables, games, and more. And beyond rentals, we now also offer event staffing, so if you need an extra hand to serve food, monitor an inflatable, or help things run smoothly, we’ve got you covered.

At our core, we believe in treating people like family, because that’s how we live and how we work. We’re proud to carry forward the welcoming, small-town spirit that’s made Harleysville Party Rental a trusted part of the community for three decades.

We take safety seriously, both for our team and your guests. Every item in our inventory is cleaned, maintained, and inspected before it leaves our warehouse. Our setup crews are trained on proper installation, anchoring, power, and load limits.

If you need documentation for a venue, school, or municipality, we’ll provide it quickly.
