Can you help us prepare for bad weather?

Yes. We offer tents with sidewalls, heaters, weights, and seasonal accessories. We’ll help you plan a setup that works rain, wind, or snow.

What if we’re hosting in a public space or park?

We regularly set up in parks and community areas. We’ll help with layout and coordinate timing, access, or permit details if needed.

Do you provide power or lighting?

Yes. We rent generators, extension cords, and lighting options to match your layout—great for early sunsets or evening events.

How early should we book?

Seasonal dates fill quickly. For fall and winter events, we recommend booking at least 6 to 10 weeks in advance.
